Profil-e is committed to protecting the personal information of its users in accordance with Quebec's Law 25 (An Act to modernize legislative provisions as regards the protection of personal information).

We only collect information necessary for identified purposes: name, email, phone and company name for information or contact requests; emotional profile data as part of using the Profil-e tool through a certified coach.

Your personal information is used to: respond to your information requests; administer your certification and platform access; generate your emotional and relational profiles; improve our services.
4. Consent
Your consent is obtained in an explicit, free and informed manner before any collection of personal information. You may withdraw your consent at any time by contacting us.
5. Retention and destruction
Your information is retained only for the duration necessary for identified purposes. It is then securely destroyed in accordance with our data management policy.
6. Disclosure to third parties
Your personal information is never sold. It may be shared with technology service providers essential to platform operations, under confidentiality agreements.
7. Right of access and rectification
