Track your signal’s evolution
Profil-e is one of the few tools that measures emotional drift over time. Re-test at 18 months and visualize exactly where coaching moved the needle, before/after overlaid.
Evolution, chapter by chapter
From first profile to measured transformation.
Automated scheduling
A re-test invitation is sent automatically at 12, 15 and 18 months after the first profile. You stay in control of timing, nudge or shift in one click.
- Automatic invitations at 12, 15 and 18 months
- Nudge or shift in one click, you stay in control
- The cycle follows each client, zero configuration
Drift visualization
Both signatures are overlaid on the same axis with a temporal gradient. Zones of significant change are highlighted with no configuration required.
- T0 and T+18 months overlaid on the same axis
- Zones of significant change are highlighted
- Same reading as the client profile: 0–10 scale, norm at 5
Before / after comparison
A comparison panel lists which dimensions moved, in which direction, and by how much, directly usable in your final coaching debrief.
- All 15 dimensions, sorted by largest gap
- Two dots per meter: T0 in gray, T+18 in turquoise
- Drops straight into your final debrief
Retention indicators
Your 18-month re-test rate is a strong signal of the quality of your coaching. Profil-e tracks it for your practice and compares it to the certified cohort.
- Your re-test rate, compared to the certified cohort
- A strong signal of coaching quality
- Tracked per practice, zero configuration
The right horizon to measure real transformation
Static tools (DISC, MBTI) assume personality doesn’t move, so your client stays "ENTP" forever. Profil-e measures an emotional signal, that signal evolves with context, life transitions and the coaching work you do.
The change-psychology literature places the observable transformation window between 12 and 18 months. Earlier, noise drowns signal. Later, the starting point fades from memory. Profil-e lands the re-test exactly in that window, 12, 15 or 18 months at the coach’s choice.
The re-test serves two uses, demonstrate the value of your coaching to the client and their employer, and feed your own coach learning by seeing which levers actually moved the signature over time.
